To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinaNxt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.

The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from termination of your account or access to our Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or any aspect of your relationship with FinaNxt shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.
